PIX Roundtable:  SNEAK PEEK of What’s Happening at the EAJSA

Join us for the PIX Virtual Lunchtime Roundtable Series on Friday, June 18, 2021, at 11:00 am.

This Roundtable, sponsored by Hazen and Sawyer, is designed to give a “sneak peek” of the exciting new equipment and system upgrades planned at the Easton Area Joint Sewer Authority (EAJSA) Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility.

The EAJSA is undertaking three major projects that will provide greater operational efficiencies and cost savings to all of its users.

The planned disk filter system project will increase solids removal before the chlorine contact tank.  Second, an upgrade of the current rotomats to a flow-through screening system will increase the efficiency of rags and large solids removal. Thirdly, a planned combined heat and power project will utilize fats, oils, and grease to increase gas production and greatly reduce the facility’s energy costs.

After the information session, the roundtable will allow for an open discussion for viewers to ask questions to the Easton panelists. Do not forget to ask the panelist how these upgrades turn into cost savings for the permitted industries and the financial benefits to everyone involved with the EAJSA.

No PowerPoints.  No script.  Just informative candid conversation!!!

This FREE virtual roundtable is a must-attend for area businesses!
